I really don’t like pushy salespeople and I had a lot of them at my door telling me I needed a new roof after a significant storm in my area. Then this woman knocked on my door and told me she didn’t know for sure if I needed a roof but she was sure I should have it checked. She was kind and thoughtful and never pushy. I am so glad I took the time to listen to her because I did wind up needing a new roof and my insurance adjuster agreed and also settled on new gutters and siding as well. I had no idea there was damage but they took the time to show me and more importantly, explain how this damage would affect me in the future. I knew I probably was due to get a new roof in about 5 years or less when we had a hail storm in my neighborhood. I didn’t think my insurance company would replace my roof so I was quite skeptical. I had spoken to Mike’s mom and I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable she was about the business. I might have been a little rude and my apologies for underestimating your expertise. Once my roof was inspected, Mike told me my roof was one of the worst he had seen and I immediately thought that was because of its age but he was quick to let me know that wasn’t the case. I got my new roof and gutters too and my house looks so good now I’ve put it on the market and my realtor told me that homes with new roofs sell faster than those that don’t. Three days on the market and I have 6 bids already. Thank you so much. I will definitely recommend you to everyone I know.
